They are mostly chips and maybe 2 beads were over 3mm. A lot of them have missed drill holes and not all of the bead holes are actually .25mm

Smaller than expected but perfect for my project. The bead hole size was tiny too and could only get one strand in but should last a while before maybe needing to restrand. Always love the quality of this shops beads and never disappointed.
