Refund policy

We want you to love the jewelry. Jewelry that is in stock may be returned for a full refund within 7 days after you receive the item. Only items in new, never worn condition will be accepted for full refund. Custom made items are non-returnable. If an item is damaged as a result of quality or craftsmanship, customers must e-mail their concern within 3 days of receiving items for an exchange. Items mailed back for exchange must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Jewels By Oppy reserves the right to refuse any exchange where the product returned is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
