As more stones kept shuttering of the necklace without any apparent reason, there's no doubt “these are not real spinel stones, but fake glass”. During our conversation, the seller mentioned these kind of stones are hard to break and are known for their hardness and durability, not far off black diamonds. However, several stones have broken off and fallen off the necklace revealing their true nature which is “glass”. When the first stone broke, I justified it because maybe it was one bad one out the bunch. But after that, several more stones broke off the necklace. Since there was no solution offered by the seller, I felt obligated to warn other buyers about my experience buying a fake product, that way they are aware of what they're paying for. It's a shame became I bought it for my husband as a gift. Not worth the price.
